The Israeli Association for Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities, providing professional assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and other services to people with learning disabilities from all sectors in Israel in all life cycles.
Nitzan was founded in 1964, and has grown steadily, now running 40 branches throughout Israel.
In the last decade Nitzan develops intervention programs for parents and children. The programs are focused on the emotional world of parents, children and teachers. The ECC- Emotional Cognitive Coaching method, developed at Nitzan is evidence based and gained great success in Israel and abroad. This method brought a change in the lives of parents and their children.

United States
- November 2014
Dr. Maly Danino and the Nitzan team gave a workshop at the annual international conference of Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD). The workshop exposed participants to the ECC coaching method and were presented with a ”taste” of the tools derived from the method. The participants were Professionals, teachers and parents of children with learning disabilities and ADHD.

Lithuania
- October 2015
Dr. Maly Danino and the Nitzan team delivered a five-day seminar in Vilnius for professionals from the Ministry of Education of Lithuania. In this seminar participants became familiar with the principles of the ECC coaching method based on the three-stage model: emotional inquiry, insights, and action. They practiced selected exercises from the method.

- May of 2016
Dr. Maly Danino and the Nitzan team delivered a three-day seminar at the Ministry of Education for professionals and educators. In this seminar they became familiar with the principles of the coaching method. A one day workshop was delivered at the Vilnius as well as the Siauliai Universities, in Lithuania, for academic staff and graduate students. In which participants experienced a “taste” of the tools derived from the method.

- December of 2016
Dr. Maly Danino and the Nitzan team delivered a ten-day seminar in Vilnius for a selected group of professionals from the Ministry of Education in which they were trained on the ECC method. Upon completion of the seminar they received certification. The training was accompanied by the ECC method textbook: Coach Your Child to Success. This group is continuing its training as part of the practicum followed by supervision seminars and workshops as well as online support.

Dr. Maly Danino and the Nitzan team delivered a three-day workshop in Vilnius as continued training following the ten day seminar for the selected professional group.

- June 2018
Dr. Maly Danino was invited by the Office of Children’s Rights in Lithuania to the International Congress: “How to Love a Child in the Family”, hosted by the Lithuanian Parliament. Dr. Danino lectured on the Emotional and Cognitive Coaching method.

Maly Danino and the Nitzan team delivered a three-day workshop in Vilnius as continued training and supervision for the selected professional group.

Latvia
- November 2016
Dr. Maly Danino and the Nitzan team provided coaching and training workshops on learning disabilities and the ECC method in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in Riga, Latvia and in Liepaja University, Latvia.

Nigeria
- November 2018
Dr. Danino was invited by the International Partnership Center of the Foreign Ministry of Israel to give a 10 day seminar that included workshops and lectures on the ECC method for teachers and care givers of children with special needs. The participants became familiar with the principles of the coaching method, based on the three-stage model. The seminar took place in the Federal Office for Women and Social Development in Abuja, Nigeria.

Israel
- March 2019
The selected group of professionals from Lithuania came to Israel for the first three day study visit at the Nitzan headquarters. This study visit is part of the continuing training on the ECC method this group is going through since December 2016.
